Hassan Joho says he will seize an opportunity given to him as Mombasa County governor to poke holes of Jubilee administration which he says glorifies corruption at the expense of ordinary Kenyans.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected at the coastal city on June 1st moments after attending Madaraka Day celebrations which will be held at Nyeri and will thereafter launch a modern Rail Way dubbed SGR.
“I do not fear Uhuru and I will tell him umpteenth time that his government is corrupt. I am waiting for him in Mombasa and I won’t be scared to lecture him,” Joho told a multitude crowd at Jacaranda grounds on Sunday.
He added: “They cannot account for billions which have been swindled. We cannot allow Kenyan to go to that direction and as your representatives, we shall question that.”
Should Joho embroil in another tussle with the head of state, it will be the third since Kenyatta took over office in 2013.
More recently, Joho lost his bodyguards and had various government agencies investigating him following an outburst on the president.
