[Photo|Ali Hassan Joho]Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho, says the stage has been set, for rigging in the October 26th fresh presidential election.Joho, while citing the move by embattled IEBC CEO, Ezra Chiloba, to exit for a three weeks leave, said his NASA coalition does not buy the move.News of Chiloba going for leave, went viral, Thursday evening, with the Opposition reading malice in the recent move.NASA has called for resignation of Chiloba, and several other IEBC staff, before participating in the election, on grounds that they are working with their rivals, Jubilee Party.According to Joho, Chiloba has already configured all the necessary systems for rigging in favour of the ruling Jubilee Party, and that his exit for leave is a blackmail. He wondered why Deputy President William Ruto, used to defend Chiloba, only for him, to recently agree with NASA, that anyone they out of IEBC, can leave, but election date should remain fixed.Joho said Ruto's agreement with NASA came late, when the stage had already been set."We are not stupid. We have information you have set up rigging systems before you go for leave. Where were you before? We are not participating in a pre-rigged election," said Joho, Friday.Speaking during a campaign rally in Kisumu, the ODM deputy party leader said, no Nasa supporter would vote in the election.Joho's allegations were however dismissed by Commissioner Abdi Guliye, who said there was nothing like Chiloba setting up rigging systems, before heading for leave this weekend.Guliye, said everything done at the Commission is usually first agreed by the entire Commission during plenary, before being implemented.
