Speaking shortly after taking part in the exercise, the outspoken Governor said the process is going on smoothly, adding that he did not encounter any challenges.

“I have had a chance to cast my vote without any difficulties. The electronic devices are operating well. I hope other Mombasa residents will have a similar experience,” said Joho.

Joho at the same time urged residents to maintain peace and come out to vote in large numbers.
