Joho who addressed a rally in Nairobi's Mathare constituency on Sunday said the orange brigade will stop at nothing to campaign for Mr Odinga ahead of the 2017 polls.

"From here let's move together to Eldoret," he said without specifying the day when the rally(s) will be held.

"I will go everywhere including Muranga to tell Kenyans why we need to vote for Raila Odinga in 2017."

Eldoret town is Uasin Gishu county's headquarters and Mr Ruto is from the county.

The town falls under the former Eldoret North constituency which Ruto represented in Parliament when he was MP.

Ruto is expected to contest for the presidency in 2022 and Joho has already hinted he would challenge him.

Eldoret town is predominantly a Jubilee Party stronghold.

Joho spoke as he led opposition MPs in drumming up support for Mr Odinga ahead of 2017.

Before addressing the rally in Mathare, he made stop-overs at Kawangware, Kibra and Eastleigh.

Earlier in the day accompanied by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero he told President Uhuru Kenyatta to start preparations to exit State House since he will be sent home in 2017.
