Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho on Saturday visited ailing billionaire Chris Kirubi. The visit comes days after Former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga met the wealthy entrepreneur.
The businessman took to social media to share a photo of him and Joho. The businessman also said that they discussed matters of national interest following the meeting
“I had the pleasure of receiving a visit from governor of Msa county @HassanAliJoho at my home in Kilifi," he said.
“He came to wish me well as I continue to recuperate. We discussed matters of national interest, in particular nation building, investment and fostering cooperation. #AskKirubi,” added the businessman.
Kirubi is one most successful businessmen in the nation. He has invested in different areas. He sought treatment in the United States of America following a statement issued by one of his companies (Centum Limited) in March.
The health condition of the billionaire has caught the hearts of many citizens of this nation. Several Kenyans have been taking to social media to wish him quick recovery.
The details of his sickness have remained scanty. Chris has mentored many youths since he ventured into business. His success has made him a role model to many upcoming entrepreneurs not only in Kenya but also entire world.
