[Photo|Hassan Joho]Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho could likely face tough times in his second term. This is after a section of local politicians, who lost in the August 8 general election him and his administration, 'hell on earth'.Speaking after meeting 30 Jubilee MCA candidates at Little Theatre Club, the losers, led by Abdulsalaam Kassim, said they had learned lessons from Joho's first administration, saying this time round, they would keep his county government 'in check'.They vowed to ensure no taxpayer's money is lost or misappropriated, for the benefit of the people.“This is not like in 2013 when we let people do whatever they wanted. All MCAs who were in Jubilee will be following up on the elected ones to ensure they deliver services as expected of them. Our money will not be wasted as we watch," said Kasim, Saturday.Joho, an ODM governor, beat his rivals, Jubilee's Suleiman Shahbal, Wipers Omar Hassan and Hezron Awiti, to clinch his seat back, in the August 8 polls.During his inauguration at the Mama Ngina Drive, Joho pledged even more development for Mombasa residents.
