Mombasa governor Hassan Joho has accorded AFC Leopards a heroes welcome to the coastal city.

The governor on Friday held a public session with the team at the new state-of-the-art Uwanja wa Mbuzi Stadium where he addressed players and fans.

Ingwe are in Mombasa for a premier league match against Bandari FC.

The side hopes to put behind their bad run and beat a resurgent Bandari that beat Gor Mahia in their last match in Thika.
