Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho has said the elections on August 8, and the 'farce' on October 26 do not constitute free and fair elections.
He said Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election was nothing but an illegitimate process.
"They were illegitimate processes. An illegitimate process can only give birth to an illegitimate president," he said.
The ODM deputy party leader was speaking in the company of NASA leader Raila Odinga, where they got the opportunity to articulate their position to the people of Pipeline, Umoja and Kibra, Tuesday.
The spoke to their supporters on the same day Uhuru was being inaugurated as Kenya's president for a second term at Kasarani Stadium.
Joho condemned cases of police brutality and killing of NASA supporters and innocent Kenyans each time the coalition plans for a political rally.
"The brutal cruel hand of the Jubilee government has taken the lives of our supporters at a rally. I want to tell Jubilee, that it may not be today, nor may it be tomorrow, but one day, in the eyes of the Almighty God and that of the constitution of Kenya, you shall be held accountable for your sins and atrocities against the Kenyan people," said the second time governor.
