Deputy President William Ruto has warned Gusii politicians to be careful in the next general election 2017.
Speaking on Friday at Gusii stadium when he officially opened the Kisii agricultural show that commenced on Thursday, Ruto warned Gusii politicians over the next general election and told them to be careful to avoid being sent home.
“Today I came to open the show but this goes to politicians be careful in 2017 politics, hope you have seen how the current politics is if you don’t join the government it is upon you,” said Ruto.
He also asked Gusii community to join and work with the national government to benefit much from the national government
“I am happy with Kisii county politics, I have seen how you are working with the national government and I laud Kisii county leadership for continuing to work with national government," added Ruto.
“As leaders what we need is development nothing else let us continue working together to foster development,” he added.
