His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan has travelled back home after a successful one-day official visit in Kenya.
The visiting Jordanian King was seen off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by his host President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Before his departure, His Majesty King Abdullah II inspected a guard of honour mounted by a detachment of the Kenya Airforce.
Also present at the airport were Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery and Chief of Defence Forces General Samson Mwathethe among other senior Government officials.
Earlier on Monday, the two leaders held talks at State House, Nairobi, on bilateral issues including security and trade.
The two leaders had earlier visited the Kenya Defence Forces Embakasi Garrison to witness joint military exercises conducted by two elite KDF units-Special Forces and Ranger Regiment-and the Quick Reaction Force of the Royal Jordanian Armed Forces.
