Political advisor in the Office of the President, Joshua Kuttuny, has clinched the Jubilee Party ticket for the Cherang’any parliamentary seat.
Kuttuny made a political comeback by garnering 15,385 votes, beating incumbent Wesley Korir, who got 8,378 votes in the Jubilee primaries.
Korir, the 2012 Boston Marathon champion, trounced Kuttuny in the 2013 general election.
“This victory is a clear indication that the electorate still has confidence in what I did for them during my tenure as an MP,” Kuttuny said.
