(Photo: Cyprian Muthoka/hivisasa.com)Matungulu Member of National Assembly elect Stephen Mutinda Mule has spread over 50 education bursaries to needy pupils in Tala.Six students from over 10 primary schools within the area will get 100,000 shillings a year as an extension of the bursary scheme.Mule who was speaking during a one day youth forum at Tala social hall said the great contributions made by the County government to local community through various charitable activities such as donating bursary and food is another step to promoting education within the area.He pointed out that the pupils were the future of Kenya who should take the responsibilities to make a better future for the country. He called upon the local community and the County government community to stand side by side and help each other and work together.''Let me express my gratitude to the support from the County government and local society. I hope the Pupils will work hard and build bridges of good friendship," said Mule.Meanwhile, the sponsored pupils promised to work hard to make the community proud. The local government officials and representative of the principals also urged the students to be grateful and work hard.
