In a statement released on Tuesday, Cord is accusing Jubilee of working in conjunction with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to delay electoral reforms.

"IEBC has drafted regulations to implement use of technology which outplays stringent condition set out in the Election Act to avoid oversight by relevant institutions and parties on matters of transparency and acquisition," said Orengo,

Cord's management committee Co-chair. The Siaya senator further highlighted that Jubilee and ODM were opposed to the reduction of number of voters per polling station to frustrate the direct transmission and declaration of results.

He further accused IEBC of being reluctant in engaging the Cord coalition to implement election reforms.
