Jubilee government has been accused of intimidating the Judiciary in order for them to ensure they get a safe landing to State House.
According to Bogeka ward representative Nyagoto Charles the government led by president Uhuru Kenyatta is trying to use of the government machinery available to weaken both the Judiciary and opposition.
Referring to the latest incident whereby Deputy chief justice’s bodyguard was attacked and his firearm taken away the MCA said that all they wanted is to eliminate Philomena Mwilu or intimidate her to work their way.
“Jubilee want to make every institution to be regime friendly which won’t work so easily and they should stop intimidating the judiciary left right and center if they want a better Kenya,” said Nyagoto.
He called upon the opposition and judiciary to remain strong amidst the rising tension.
The MCA was speaking outside Kisii county assembly on Wednesday.
