Jonathan Katiku now wants the court to bar Jubilee from using his business trademark.

In a lawsuit filed at the High Court, Kariuki argues that he registered the trademark on 14th of December and the Jubilee is using it without his consent.

His lawyer Francis Kalwa said that the use of this slogan by the Jubilee party was harming the business of his client.

Kalwa asked for the court to issue temporary restraining order before Justice Fred Ochieng.
