Over 900 Jubilee agents claim they have not been paid their wages for the services they provided to the party during the August 8 general election.
The agents, from Kilifi County, have threatened to boycott the repeat presidential election if they are not paid.
According to the Standard, the agents called on President Uhuru Kenyatta's party leadership to address the issue or they decamp to the National Super Alliance (Nasa).
“Until today we have not received a single coin that we were promised,” Najma Mangi who was the chief agent, told The Standard.
According to her, the arrears for her team is Sh4.5 million where each of the 900 agents was to get Sh4,000.
“I have been receiving threatening text messages from the agents who now see me as their enemy because they feel I am the one withholding their money,” she added.
