The Jubilee Party Appeals Tribunal is set to hear 53 complaints arising from the recent nominations on Saturday.
By press time the Jubilee Party Appeals Tribunal was already in session.
“A lot of these are being settled, some of them have filed their complaints as a matter of record, otherwise they’re ready to move on and continue to support the party and we are very very grateful for those who have done that,” said party secretary general Raphael Tuju.
“Our process of handing out the nomination certificate is very thorough. We have to be sure that you’ve won, we have to be sure there’s no appeal against you.”
President Kenyatta has himself given the assurance that all disgruntled aspirants will receive a fair hearing.
