Cord leader Raila Odinga has said Jubilee can only manage to buy politicians but not voters.
Speaking in Siaya county, Ugunja constituency on Monday, Raila said Jubilee is targeting to buy politicians ahead of the 2017 elections.
Raila said Jubilee cannot manage to buy voters as it is doing to politicians.
This comes after two ODM MPs resigned from their positions.
Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba resigned from his post as secretary general few day ago as well as Funyula MP Paul Otuoma who resigned from his vice chairman post.
The legislators said they had not been given powers to act in their positions.
"Jubilee is targeting to buy Cord leaders in preparation for the 2017 elections," he said.
ODM has planned a series of political rallies in Western Kenya to counter party rebellion.
