Thika Member of Parliament Alice Ng’ang’a has insisted that the Jubilee coalition will stand firm even after the withdrawal of President Uhuru’s case at the ICC leaving behind his deputy William Ruto.
The MP said that she has words of disappointment for the opposition team which is waiting for Jubilee to fall come 2017.
Ng’ang’a who was speaking on Sunday at Thika sub-county stadium during her sponsored soccer tournament finals said that they will continue supporting William Ruto whose case is still underway and they will not succumb to defeat.
The legislator stated that Jubilee will come out even stronger than before and fulfil its manifesto set during the campaign time.
“In fact we shall come out stronger and disapprove those who think Jubilee will fall out due to the withdrawal of Uhuru’s case,” assured Ng’ang’a.
She added that they will apply the same strategy that ensured the president’s case collapsed so that Ruto is also released to serve the people of Kenya.
“Same strategy and combats will be used to declare their case null and void just like was the case with president Uhuru,” she addded.
Ng’ang’a however discredited the "false witnesses" whom she said were paid to testify against Uhuru, Ruto and Sang.
She said that the whole incident was politicised in order to bar the Jubilee coalition from contesting the presidency back 2013.
The MP said that Kenyans were praying for the dismissal of the Uhuru and Ruto's case at the Hague which is evident as God is answering the prayers one by one and soon Ruto and Sang’ will be free again.
