President Uhuru Kenyatta has asserted his administration's commitment to ensure an inclusive government.

Speaking on Tuesday at State House, Kenyatta maintained that the Jubilee administration had tried in guaranteeing an all-inclusive government that reflects the face of Kenya.

“To have an inclusive government has always been our intention. Ours is a government that seeks to uplift 40 million Kenyans and not one that only seeks to appease four people,” he noted.

The Head of State's remarks comes in the backdrop of continued criticism from the Opposition alliance NASA, who have accused President Kenyatta of overseeing a tribal and ethnic government.

President Kenyatta further reaffirmed his commitment and that of Jubilee Party to ensure that the country remains united and peaceful ahead of the August polls.
