NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has castigated the Jubilee administration for reneging on its 2013 election pledges to Kenyans.

Speaking during a campaign rally in Kericho county, Raila said President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto have failed Kenyans and therefore should not be given another term in office.

The Opposition leader further accused the Jubilee leaders of copying NASA's manifesto on the free secondary school education programme.

“We have seen it for ourselves ... Jubilee is still grappling to deliver its last promises and now when they hear we will offer free education they have also started promising Kenyans, in a bid to save their fading image,” he was quoted by the Star.

Both the government and the opposition have pledged to offer free secondary education after the elections.

The former Prime Minister promised a new leadership style if elected the Head of State during next month's polls, asking residents to help him dislodge Jubilee from power.

"NASA government will deliver all our pre-election pledges to Kenyans, unlike Jubilee which has taken citizens for a ride for four years. We need to send them home early on August 8," Raila added.
