I was referred to Huduma centre and at first, I thought I would not manage to get all the documents, given the long history of poor services in government immigration offices.

I was later shocked to get all the documents in a record two days! Let us give it to the Jubilee government,it has scored high on Huduma centres.

Since Huduma centres were established across the country, it has been easy accessing government services like processing identification cards, and certificate of good conducts.

Huduma centres have brought services closer to the people. Is this not what devolution is supposed to do? Keep president Uhuru Kenyatta.
