Former president, Daniel Arap Moi has praised Jubilee government for its efforts to curb exam malpractices that has rocked the Ministry of education.

He said that the government has done a good job in addressing the issue of exam irregularities.

He called on the opposition to give credit where it deserves saying the education sector has made a major progress in addressing exam malpractices.

He was speaking during the opening of the Annual International Research Conference.

The occasion was presided over by Education Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiangi.

He called upon the opposition to point out the shortcomings of the government but also give credit where it deserves.

“The government has made effort in curbing exam irregularities and we should give credit for that. The opposition has a duty to point out the government’s shortcoming but they should also give credit where it deserves,” said Moi.
