Mandago who spoke on Tuesday noted that Raila showed a good gesture by calling off his swearing-in and therefore he needs to be given a chance to contribute one or two things that could benefit the country."Raila called off the swearing in a good gesture and I want to ask Uhuru to give them a chance so that they can say one or two things they may have to benefit the country," the Star quotes Mandago.The Uasin Gishu county boss also noted that the season of politicking was over and that there was no way Uhuru's win can be changed.He called on the Head of State to unite Kenyans and implement development activities."He should let those of us who still have the ambition to do politics with NASA as we plan for the future," Mandago noted. The former prime minister has insisted that Uhuru's win was illegitimate and then he does not recognize him as president.
