Nandi Governor Stephen Sang has been accused of demeaning Raila and using a tribal remark on the leader.

A video of the governor in unidentified place where he was addressing a crowd has gone viral on social media where he is being heard uttering the remarks.

The video was first shared by opposition blogger Abdullahi Musa.

"So my friend you shook the hand of a package of 10 years, don't be ambitious about 2022, don't be ambitious about 2027, can you try your luck in 2032... And by which time Senator Cherargei, mheshimiwa Melly, Senator Murkomen, Governor Sang, Mandago all of us will be there tunyoroshane na huyu mjaluo tujue hii maneno itakwenda wapi," Sang says in the video.

Apparently, Sang was telling off Raila over his recent remark that Deputy President William Ruto should stop campaigns for 2022.

A section of Kenyans said the governor should face the National Cohension and Integration Commission (NCIC) over the utterances.

This wjhat Kenyans said on social media over the utterances.

James Mutua: "Are you forcing jamaa wa kuku to Kenyans? Governor Sang should respect others leaders."

Kennedy Otieno: "And the same governor expects Luos and kalenjins to live in harmony at the boarder with this kind of utterances?. Why is he not bitter with his party leader Uhuru Kenyatta who shook hands with Raila?"

Mike Fara: "NCIC must summon Sang over this, we don't want tribal utterances again."
