Jubilee's Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya is battling accusations of subjecting NASA MCAs to unwarranted harassment.The governor is reportedly angry at the passing of the People's Assembly motion which is aimed at taking power back to the people.''We are asking the governor to focus on his agenda, if he has one, to deliver for the people instead of harassing MCAs who are performing their oversight role,'' MP Dalu Tayari said after a meeting with headteachers.Governor Salim Mvurya was an Odinga ally but decided to bail out of NASA and join Jubilee in the lead up to the August 8 elections.A majority of MCAs in the county pledge their loyalty to NASA, a reality that has made for tense relations between them and the Jubilee governor.
