President Uhuru Kenyatta has hinted out that opposition leaders are misleading Kenyans that Jubilee government has discriminated other regions when it comes to development.
Kenyatta has refuted the claims by opposition instead defended Jubilee's track record since it took power in 2013.
He said that opposition is looking for divisive means to fight the government good projects initiated across the country.
"Jubilee is for Kenyans and not for Uhuru or Ruto. Kenyans want development. Opposition should stop misleading Kenyans that Jubilee is developing one region leaving others. They are doing this for political fame ahead of the 2017 polls," said Uhuru.
"Kenyans want their lives to be improved and that cannot be achieved through divisive politics and discrimination. Jubilee is commitment to development, to ensure no part of the country is marginalized," he added.
He was speaking at Mutomo, Kitui County. after launching the upgrade of the Kibwezi - Kitui - Kabati - Mwigwani road.
