Midiwo has said that Al shabab terrorists are still a menance to the national security because Jubilee administration has been unable to figh them.
"Al shabab killed many Kenyans just last month and the President did not even send condolences to the families affected. They were killing Kenyans they were not killing Somalis. If you have improved security for Kenyans there should be no Kenyan dying," Midiwo told Citizen TV on Tuesday during the talk show Big Question.
Midiwo was referring to soldiers who died in combat last month at Kulbiyow in Somalia.
He also slammed the Jubilee government saying that under its watch, the security sector had become a hotbed of corruption.
"The security sector is marred by corruption because when it comes to the issue of corruption, Jubilee lead from the front," added Midiwo.
He also took issues on Jubilee's performance in the health sector.
"Jubilee cannot get away with this issue of health because the PS who engineered the plundering of over Sh5.6 billion is still in office. We have some containers sitting in a yard in Mombasa. You are saying you are bringing mobile clinics. Where are they? You have a lot if explaining to do to Kenyans," said Midiwo.
