While touring Nakuru county, Uhuru said it is unfortunate that Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto has become a turncoat and is working in cahoots with the Opposition to stifle Jubilee agendas.
He reminded the governor that Jubilee helped him become the chairman of Council of Governors which boosted his political clout."Many governors wanted that seat but we supported him. Now instead of working with us, he has joined people who have no direction," Uhuru said.
