National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga has defined the ruling Jubilee Party under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto as a combination of lazy and clueless individuals.
Speaking during a rally at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru on Sunday, Raila accused the two of failing to tackle problems troubling Kenyans further saying that they lack leadership skills.
Raila said that the President and his deputy are poor planners despite being at the helm of the nation's leadership hence the rise of the cost of living in the nation.
''The Uhuruto administration is made up of lazy and clueless leaders who lack ideas on how to save Kenyans from the ongoing economic hardship.Due to their bad planning skills everything has become unaffordable,'' said the former Prime Minister who promised to tackle the same should he be elected into office maintaining that having held a position at the helm of the nation's administration earlier, he knows exactly what to do with regards to the ongoing food shortage in the country.
''I and President Kibaki used to consult food,agriculture and weather experts on the probable food security in the nation in the coming days during the Grand Coalition Government and that's how we always kept shortages at bay,I am ready to do the same and even more to ensure that the nation is safe from hunger once in office after the august elections,'' said Odinga.
Odinga will be taking his fouth shot at The Presidency after 3 unsuccessful attempts and is deputized by former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka.
The two are also backed up by former Deputy Premier Musalia Mudavadi, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula and Bomet couty boss Isaac Ruto who are all co-principles in the alliance in his bid.
