One of Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga greatest supporter, Junnet Mohammed has termed Jubilee as a visionless and idealess government that lacks the goodwill to foster economic growth and development.
Junnet was responding to the utterances that President Kenyatta directed to the opposition chief Raila Odinga while campaigning in TaitaTaveta.
“Looks like Jubilee manifesto for 2017 is Raila. Their agenda for 2013 was ICC and now they want to change the narrative to Raila. We can’t take that direction as a country. This shows that Jubilee lacks vision, ideas and goodwill to move the country forward,” said Junnet.
The president complained about Raila’s inability to appreciate Jubilee’s development record. Uhuru said that Raila was a Prime Minister which calls for a clear understanding appreciation of government effort.
“It is wrong for the opposition leader, who has been a prime minister, to claim that Jubilee has done nothing. It would be better if he acknowledged the efforts of the government,” said Uhuru as quoted by the Standard.
