Top Jubilee leadership from Nyamira have supported formation of Nyamira Resistance Movement whose main function would be checking on Governor John Nyagarama's leadership.
Hundreds of NASA youths opposed to Nyagarama's leadership had formed the outfit weeks ago to fight alleged impunity perpetrated by the ODM government.
And area Jubilee gubernatorial loser Walter Nyambati has led a team of his colleagues in backing the NASA led movement which he labels 'viable idea'.
"As Jubilee, we fully support NRM because this is the only way we can push for equatable distribution of resources," said Nick Kibeni, an aide to Nyambati.
He added: "Through this resistance movement, we will collect evidence if corruption and push for prosecution of county leadership."
Last week, Nyamira High Court dismissed a petition filed by Nyambati and the latter has vowed to use the new faction to push for good leadership.
Although it is not registered, founders say the movement is not a political party and they will not move to register of political parties any soon.
