Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has said that the cheap insults from the Jubilee leaders against NASA affiliated leaders will not succeed to persuade the Gusii community to support Interior CS Fred Matiang’i to deputize DP Ruto in 2022.
Bosire said the recent remarks by nominated Jubilee senator Millicent Omanga that ODM politician Simba Arati has no powers to be the community’s spokesman clears shows that Jubilee leaders from the Gusii region are desperate seeking the support which they won’t get.
“It is shameful that Jubilee leaders from the Gusii region are using the backdoor to push Matiang’i to be named the next deputy president.
"We will not allow the Jubilee favored senator with some other self-centered leaders to mislead our people,” he said.
According to Bosire, opposition stands a better chance to form the next government in 2022 because Jubilee will break when President Uhuru Kenyatta retires in 2022.
“By the look of things the Kikuyu community will not support DP Ruto for presidency in 2022. This means opposition stands a better chance to clinch presidency. The Gusii community will not be dumped by the cheap politics,” he noted.
He urged Jubilee leaders to stop bringing privacy lives of NASA politicians to politics saying it shows how immature the Jubilee leaders are.
