Uasin Gishu County Assembly leader of majority Josphat Lowoi has scoffed at National Super Alliance's plan to swear in Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka as the people's president and deputy.
Lowoi, a Jubilee allied MCA, said swearing in the two will not in any way affect the leadership of the country.
Speaking at the County Assembly buildings in Eldoret town on Tuesday, Lowoi wondered which statehouse Raila will move to after his swearing in.
NASA has insisted that it will be holding the swearing-in for its leaders on January 30 in Nairobi.
"I always ask myself what happens after Raila is sworn in? Which statehouse will he live in? Who will be his security team? Where will his government get resources from?" posed the Karuna Mibeki MCA.
"I've always believed that after the swearing in that will be the end and nothing else will happen," he added.
The MCA further warned that if NASA makes good it's plan to swear in Raila as People's President, any Kenyan can move to court to sue for treason.
