Runyenjes Member of Parliament, Cecily Mbarire has said that she will petition the IEBC over planned rigging of party primaries by a section of leaders in the area.

According to Mbarire, some politicians have already planned on how to rig the primaries.

She cited reported cases of parallel voter registration and importation by a section of politicians from the region as one of the methods being used to facilitate the rigging.

Mbarire said that the names will be used to register residents into Jubilee Party without their knowledge in order to lock them out.
