Nyamira County MCAs have been accused of paralyzing development projects in the region initiated by area county leadership.
Kitutu Masaba MP Shadrack Mose said more projects have stalled in the County because the MCAs were only interested in embezzling public funds.
“Ward representatives are the reason for under development in Nyamira. They have failed to pass development bills," he said.
Mose challenged the MCAs who were elected during the last year’s polls to work hard and complete the stalled projects.
"The people of Nyamira County deserve better roads, improved health centers, favorable learning environment for learners. Let MCAs do their job," he said.
He promised to work with the County government led by Governor John Nyagarama to ensure more development projects are started and completed in time without any delay.
