Firebrand Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter now accuses President Uhuru Kenyatta of sabotaging independence of the legislature.
His stay as Labour committee chair was short-lived as MPs passed vote of no confidence against him under instructions from State House on Tuesday.
"He cannot distinguish the roles of assembly from the executive. It is so sad that we are being dragged to dark days where MPs were puppets," he said in an interview with Kass FM.
Also suffering a similar fate was Moiben MP Silas Tiren who was also sent packing from the Agriculture committee.
But Keter, still insists his ouster was unconstitutional and vowed to continue unleashing on cartels with State House protection.
"Why he interferes with parliament I still don't know. I will not be silenced as they think. We shall continue executing our duties," he added.
At his Nandi Hills backyard on Wednesday, thousands of locals protested his ouster with some condemning President Uhuru of unfair treatment on the MP.
