NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga celebrating with supporters after Supreme Court ruling. Jubilee MP has said 'NASA barbarians' have been making farfetched demands that even the Americans can only dream of. [Photo: standardmedia.co.ke]A Jubilee die-hard MP who threatened to resign from his seat if President Uhuru Kenyatta does not win in the repeat October 26 election saying that he can not serve in a government led by Raila Odinga, has reiterated the same.Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has also said that he has no regrets over his 'advice' to Uhuru to 'just act African and disregard the ordered repeat elections by the Supreme Court'."How can I regret giving the President and my party leader such a valuable advice. Kenya is besieged because the Jubilee government has bowed down to the Opposition autocracy. This is unacceptable. That is why we are in a situation where the minority are having their way and the majority their say. This is not what democracy dictates," Nyoro told K24 TV on Sunday evening. He added: "We cannot have NASA barbarians waking up every day to make far-fetched demands that even the American democracy, which is 100 times better than ours, cannot accommodate even for a day." He refused to withdraw the 'NASA barbarians' statement when he was asked to do so, saying there was 'no other better way to describe the NASA brigade'.The first-term MP said that NASA will always cry foul and use institutions 'sympathetic' to them to keep the country 'going into some endless rounds envisaged at causing a constitutional crisis'.Nyoro also argued that he knew from the word go, that the repeat poll was a futile re-match and 'sheer haemorrhage of public resources as Raila Odinga was never going to participate in a game he is more than sure of losing even if repeated 100 times'.
