Bomachoge Borabu Member of Parliament Prof. Zadock Ogutu has now faulted Jubilee leader Uhuru Kenyatta for failing to contain opposition leader and calling for dialogue as he promised few days after his reelection.
According to the Mp the current political stalemate in both parliament and the Senate has been caused by Uhuru for simply ignoring NASA leader Raila odinga and urged him to respond before it’s too late.
Speaking at Magena area on Tuesday the Mp said most of the parliamentary functions are currently into stand still simply because president Uhuru doesn’t want to lower his ego and face the real issues facing the country.
The agitated Mp said that the 100 day promise most of the elected Mps gave won’t be easily achieved since even the parliamentary committees that are crucial haven’t been formed yet due to internal wrangles ongoing between Jubilee and NASA.
“We all understand that President Uhuru Kenyatta was legitimately elected and he should end all this political wrngles being witnessed in the country by simply calling for dialogue between him and the opposition leader Raila Odinga” said Ogutu
The frustrated Mp urge the locals to give him more time for the country’s political temperature to cool down so that he can initiate his development projects that he has promised.
His sentiments comes at a time NASA leader and president Uhuru Kenyatta has so far failed to agree on the way forward as Raila maintains that he will be sworn in on 12th December as the people’s president.
