Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa has congratulated Eugene Wamalwa, Rashid Achisa Mohammed and Ababu Namwamba on their new appointments as Cabinet Secretary for Devolution, Sports, Arts and Culture and Chief Administrative Secretary for Foreign Affairs, respectively. 

"The new elevation is testimony of the good work you did as you served Kenyans in your different capacities," said Barasa, on Friday.

On behalf of the people of Kimilili Constituency, and on his own behalf, the Jubilee MP also thanked President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto "for keeping their promise and honouring the Mulembe Nation. Thank you, your Excellencies."
