According to a teacher who requested for anonymity, many politicians including area MP have failed to honour their promises on construction of toilets.

"During campaigns last year, politicians promised to give some funds to construct new toilets but after elections were over the leaders are no where to be seen," said the teacher.

He said the school has over 500 pupils who they directed not to use the toilets due to the bad state.

"We could not risk advising pupils to use the toilets because they were in a bad state and the learners could fall inside because the toilets had cracks all over," he added.

Incidentally, the school is located about 200 meters from the rural home of area MP Shadrack Mose, who serves as the patron of the institution.
