Kesses Member of Parliament Dr. Swarrup Mishra now says there's no problem for President Uhuru Kenyatta to dialogue with opposition leaders.

The Jubilee allied MP has however said any dialogue can only happen after President Kenyatta is sworn-in.

Speaking in Eldoret, Saturday, Mishra reiterated the need for issues being raised by the opposition to be looked at positively.

"Those in the opposition are our brothers and sisters we need to talk to them because it's only through dialogue that we learn and teach," said the first-term MP.

"Dialogue will always be there between the government and opposition so let's swear in the President then we can talk with them nicely," he added.

The MP insisted that the opposition is an integral part of a country's governance whose input cannot be ignored.

"There's no government without opposition. An opposition is a very important part of government and governance," he said.
