A Jubilee lawmaker now wants the National Cohesion Integration Commission to probe remarks by NASA co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka that Kenya is headed to war should government fails to dialogue with the opposition.
Kieni Member of Parliament Kanini Kega said the statements by Kalonzo in Mombasa during the opposition’s people’s assembly meeting that Kenya will be like Somalia and South Sudan which are hard hit with violence in the coming days are harmful to the country that seems divided.
The Jubilee lawmaker condemned the NASA leader, saying that the Kaparo-led commission should take action against him.
Kega termed the planned Rail Odinga’s swearing in as a violation of the Kenyan constitution.
NASA plans to swear in Odinga as the people’s president on January 30.
