Gakuya said the former Prime Minister is used to dispute the outcome of presidential elections and accusing electoral commission of rigging in his competitors in.

"Raila always complains of stolen victory in every election. In 2003 he accused the late Samuel Kivuitu of rigging former President Kibaki in. In 2013 he said election results were cooked thus President Uhuru did not win fairly," said the lawmaker.

Speaking to a local vernacular radio station, the former Nairobi councillor said with the IEBC commissioners leaving office and a new team coming in to conduct 2017 polls, Raila will have nothing to complain about.

"Raila said IEBC commissioners led by Isaac Hassan conducted flawed elections in 2013 and he has ensured they have left office. Now with a new team coming in, we want him to state he will accept 2017 election results," he added.

Speaking at Kibigori in Muhoroni a week ago, Raila had said that the exit of IEBC commissioners has given the Opposition fresh hopes of removing Jubilee from power.

“We have sent the IEBC commissioners home. We will continue to ensure there is level playing ground. There will be no more dead voters. We are now sure of beating Jubilee in the next elections,” said Raila.
