We would like the police to take stern action against any violator of this ban,” Hassan is quoted by Nation.Starehe MP Charles Njagua called on the affected traders to record statements at the Central Police Station to support the private prosecution while Embakasi Central MP Benjamin Mwangi warned transporters would not allow the protests to continue.
Langata's MP Nixon Korir, Dagoretti South's John Kiarie, Embakasi North's James Gakuya and Embakasi West's George Theuri were also present at the press conference.
