Kenya's political giants, Jubilee and NASA, have now taken their battle to the international media in a spirited attempt to upstage each other and control narratives.

Ruto and Odinga appear to be the front men in this bare-knuckled struggle to shape the perception of the international community to the worsening political crisis in Kenya.

Odinga spoke to CNN on Friday night about the tense political situation in the country only for Deputy President William Ruto to speak to the same international broadcaster on Saturday night.

Today, Sunday, another international media outlet, Aljazeera, spoke to Raila Odinga and William Ruto who represented their sides in separate interviews.

In both interviews, with CNN and Aljazeera, the two politicians hit out at each other.

International media is now the new front line in the struggle for the mind and soul of the world.
