Both the Jubilee and Nasa Coalitions are gearing up for a tiresome week, as they crisscross the country in search of votes as the country heads to the elections.

The two camps have been on extended trips across the country, and are ready for a new week which will see them tour over 5 counties in a span of a few days.

Nasa intends to tour perceived Jubilee strongholds of Kiambu, before heading to Kericho County on a wider voter hunt.

Kiambu, which has the second highest registered voters at 1.1 million behind Nairobi, will be interesting, coming a week after the president and his deputy visited the area.

The Nasa brigade will then head to Kericho on Wednesday, before heading to Kalonzo’s backyard, Kitui County for a major rally.

The president’s Jubilee Coalition is planned to visit Machakos, which has the highest number of registered voters in the Ukambani region.

Kajiado County, considered by many as a swing county, will also play host to the head of state, as he intensifies campaigns to capture the voter-rich county.

The head of state and his Jubilee team have held over 200 rallies in the past one month, a clear indication of how the campaign period has become a tiring affair.
