Expect no more tears from celebrated musician-cum politician Charles Njagua Kanyi also known as Jaguar and his supporters after Jubilee Party ruled in his favor.
Jubilee appeal tribunal on Wednesday declared Jaguar winner of the Starehe nominations after overturning results that declared incumbent MP Maina Kamanda the winner.
Jaguar and his supporters led a protest at Jubilee Pangani headquarters after it emerged that Kamanda got the ticket despite earlier reports indicating that he was the winner.
Kamanda is yet to respond following the tribunal's verdict.
Jaguar will now face ODM's Steve Mbogo and activist Boniface Mwangi in the August polls.
