On Friday, the ruling party in a series of tweets maintained that "sections of the Judiciary" were biased.

"Yes, sections of the Judiciary are biased against Jubilee," a tweet from Jubilee's party official Twitter handle noted.

Alleging that the Judiciary was rogue, the party lamented that whenever Jubilee or the government was perceived to have broken the law, the agency took action but the same standards do not apply to the opposition alliance NASA.

"In fact sections of the Judiciary seem to willing to offer protection to NASA members whenever they break the law,' the party posted.

Jubilee, however, distanced itself from claims that it was operating on behalf of the executive.

"Jubilee party does not necessarily always hold brief for GoK, we have no capacity to issue or implement any threats, that is why we do not but we do have the right to complain against unjust orders and rulings," the party cautioned.

In another salvo against CJ David Maraga, the ruling side said he was evidently aiding NASA to conduct its illegal business.

"When the NRM illegally swore in their leaders were told that the CJ cannot comment on a matter lest it lands on his desk, but he still went ahead to comment on the Miguna issue even though it was alive in court," Jubilee added in a broadcast of tweets seen by this writer.
