The ruling Jubilee Party is staring at trouble following its ouster of four MPs from House Committees.The four MPs have sued the party for acting in contempt of a court order and wants it punished.Sued are Speaker Justin Muturi, Majority Chief Whip Benjamin Washiali, Majority Leader in the National Assembly Aden Duale.The four were ousted following votes of no confidence against them in spite of their protestations.This new development adds a new twist to a vicious battle between the MPs and their party.
